A UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE
The course creator, Marcelo Antonelli, has coached and played in South America, Europe and in the United States. Antonelli has experiences ranging from grassroots, youth soccer, college soccer, professional futsal, a division A soccer club in Brazil, and developing a methodology at an MLS academy in the USA.
He has written books and presented at some of the largest soccer conferences in the World. Coaches from a great variety of countries follow principles of his methodology.
The combination of all of these experiences combined with a very analytical mind, a degree in sports training, and a Master’s in Education, made Antonelli realize that the current approach of youth soccer is much more positional then relational: meaning that most of the time, players are getting told where to go and what to do, rather than developing their understanding of the game and capacity to solve problems.
As a consequence, players often don’t enjoy the process or reach their full potential.
Something had to be done!
The Solution
This problem compelled him to find a way to reach out directly to players, empowering them to understand the game and improve their autonomy.
So, the courses were created, condensing a lot of knowledge about soccer, while focusing on helping players find ways to solve the problems on the field, and find more enjoyment during their developmental years.
The content was developed to be engaging, challenging, and logical. It will provide knowledge, motivate players to work on developing their own solutions, and provide an understanding of the game in a way that will allow them to be confident talking to teammates, parents, coaches while enjoying the process

Our mission is to help players to enjoy more the game. By understanding well the logic of the game, they will be more confident, and have more fun making their decisions on the field.
As a consequence, we want to improve the overall player experience with youth soccer.

Our vision is to positively impact youth soccer, improving the enjoyment and relationships among all involved: players, parents, coaches and staff.
By bringing knowledge about the logic of the game, we will help make clear the essence of the game of soccer, a sport based on the player's capacity to make decisions, execute these decision, improvise, and enjoy the entire process.
